Early in his life, Richard Marks considered becoming a doctor—his sharp mind, friendly demeanor, and dedication toward serving clients would have anchored a distinguished medical career. However, Richard chose his passion for engineering to drive his life forward, and has spent the past 30+ years, 17 with The Logan Company, providing exceptional service to construction clients as a mechanical estimator. At The Logan Company, he is the Mechanical Operations Director, responsible for solving mechanical systems costs, value engineering, reconciling engineering estimates, and developing material and labor costs while keeping an eye toward improving design to save costs.
