Our goal is to become an integral member of your preconstruction team which can range from providing continuous support to occasional on call service. We understand the intricacies of assembling thorough construction estimates and we draw on the experience of our multidisciplinary staff provide thoughtful, accurate, and detailed estimates during all phases of design continuing into construction services.

Preliminary Budget Services

We drive accuracy and validate information. Our team of estimators starts the process with a Preliminary Budget Estimate based on data gathered from site visits, interviewing user groups, architects, engineers, facility managers, sharing historical cost data from similar project types. This helps to develop budget pricing to meet building program.

Schematic Design Services

We utilize measurements and pricing of parametric quantities providing detailed and quantitative estimates. Formatted using CSI and/or Systems format, these estimates are used to identify budgeting adjustments and produce material takeoff, thus saving cost. We review and budget alternative design schemes, and reconcile estimate with counterparts.

Design Development Services

Our estimating team prepares custom estimates by using design development documents, outline specifications, detailed measurement pricing, and provisions for reasonable allowances. Available in CSI and/or Systems formats these allow comparison with previous estimates and the established budget.

Construction Document Services

Before formal bid submission, the construction documents estimate must be finalized. Our final estimate will be based on the measurement and pricing of quantities. This will include detailed analysis of areas of risk that could hinder construction. These estimates can be prepared at different levels of completion (i.e. 50%, 75%, 100%.). Your estimate will be prepared in trade (CSI) format for use in evaluation of bids.
