Chris Caldwell
Operations Manager, Senior Electrical EstimatorChris is The Logan Company’s Operations Manager and Senior Electrical Estimator, a role he has held for 17 years. Before joining the company in 2005, he spent 14 years as an electrical contractor, estimator, and construction consultant handling facility management, cost engineering, electrical wiring, constructability, and quantity surveying.
He coordinates, reconciles, and verifies electrical project budgets with sub-contractors ensuring projects remain on schedule, on budget, and within scope.
Chris is a proud father, avid cook – especially with an offset smoker – and grill refurbisher in his spare time. His favorite piece of life advice is, “Work to live, don’t live to work.”
