Andrew Geurtsen

Program Manager/ Process and MEP Engineer

As a talented Project Manager & Construction Engineer, Andrew has spent almost two decades handling complex processes and MEP systems, research and development, engineering management, and commissioning and validation. Anchored by a relentless work ethic and an impressive ability to break down large complex systems and explain them in a way all can understand, Andrew sees integrity, honesty, and the simple goal of “doing the right thing” as a foundational aspect of his professional career.

Andrew has worked in large and small environments, always aiming to provide the highest quality work. His current role at The Logan Company allows him to develop creative solutions for his clients and apply them to their business.

“The Logan company cares about its people,” says Andrew. “Coming from a company with 450,000 employees to Logan was a huge change for me.

True value and heart come along with a smaller company - we are in it together and supported here.”

Andrew knows that you will learn far more by failing at a difficult task rather than accomplishing a simple task. Mentoring young professionals and educating them about the profession is something he is passionate about.

Andrew was among the recipients of the 2020 Healthcare Construction Engineering News-Record Award for Healthcare Construction for his contributions to the building and validation of the Siemens Healthineers Immunoassay Systems Diagnostics Facility. He is a member of the Association of Facilities Engineers, the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. He has also concluded the OSHA 10 Hour Safety Training.

Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid boater and traveler.
